Business challenge
Most users use some or the other type of files regardless of where they work and what their work is all about. These files and media are usually stored in Google Drive and Dropbox accounts. It’ s easy to share them but they require a similar account to access. In most cases, the storages are messy enough to find anything at the time when it’s required. LinkUp Studio’s goal was to create a robust digital solution that allows employees to find official company docs and files without having to ask for help.
Solution & process
LinkUp Studio crafted the powerful online web application that lets users organize, store, and share their digital assets in a seamless manner. It’s a destination for employees to easily organize and see their organization’s digital assets - such as logo, official presentation decks, team photos, etc.
The project is developed as a simple UI, integrated with Google Drive allowing to sync, upload or create Google Drive files right into Neatly. In addition, the feature of adding shareable links from cloud platforms like Dropbox, Box, and Airtable was also crafted.
The web application is designed in such a way that every file is categorized in easy-to-scan sections. The app offers the opportunity to sort files by predefined and custom categories, sections and groups, and manage accesses for all these entities. The team delivered a fast & easy onboarding option by allowing quick sync between Google Drive & Neatly, especially in cases where a user has many files organized in Google Drive already.
