The project for Lar Immobili, a real-estate agency, takes into account both the specifics of the real-estate business and refined tastes of potential audience. Specifically for this project we have developed a custom CMS solution to provide easy property management for sellers and straightforward selection of real-estate items for buyers. Aside from selling and rental of apartments, the project features a real-estate auction mechanism as well as a gallery and custom search functions. The majority of clients of the project are highly mobile, so we designed the website responsive and equally functional both on desktop and handheld devices. Deep inner optimization of website content plus human-friendly URLs provide for high ranks in search engines. It was a great fun to work with Lar Immobili.
