Philips Academy is an educational portal for Philips Ukraine employees which allows them to improve their skills and product knowledge. Goals: Develop an easy-to-use platform that will automate the training of Philips Ukraine employees and, thanks to its online courses, will help supervisors and brand managers improve their knowledge of the company's products for more successful sales, as well as keep up them informed about the company's latest internal news. Solution We have developed an interactive platform with an educational module, with a Leaderboard functionalityб and a loyalty program. Gaming mechanics allows users to receive additional motivation in the form of points and badges for the correct completion of online courses. The earned badges can be exchanged for real encouragement from Philips at the end of each quarter.
