Website development About Project: The project «The Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the world collections» is a vivid example of the consolidation of efforts of NGOs, socially responsible business and the state, designed to make artifacts and manuscripts accessible to researchers and the general public, which have been preserved to this day thanks to the dedicated work of foreign scholars, museum officers and specialists. It provides for joint publications with references to museums, research institutes and the names of their employees. For various reasons, a huge number of artifacts, material works of the Uzbek people turned out to be far from their homeland. On the one hand, this fact is sad from the point of view of loss, on the other – positive, from the point of view of acquisition. The great culture of the Uzbek people has become widely known outside Uzbekistan. The peoples of various ethnic groups, from scholars-orientalists to ordinary museum visitors, became acquainted with the Uzbek art, began to study it, imbued with respect and warmth to the bearers and followers of this culture in the face of the contemporary Uzbek people.
