DLC is a small clinic in Wellington, New Zealand, which mission is to think big when it comes to the way how they take care of their patients. We at SmartBox find their dedicated approach and attitude as a subject of perfection and admiring.
Challenge
While changing the patient care process itself, the progressivly- oriented steakholders of DLC Clinic are willing o enhance the healthcare industry of their motherland, and instead of making marketing wars with competitors, they decided to help them by developing an outstanding Patient Management System.
Solution
The wab based application, with beautiful UI, diligently designed and tested UX, with a combination of qualitative engineering and solid infrustructure resulted in a comprehensive patient management tool with an outstanding set of functional charecteristics.
DLC patient management system provides it’s users with a multiple useful features like:

- Schedule and track patients appointments

Result
According to the business strategy, the DLC patient care complex is being currently tested and actively used by the lab’s staff and supervising technicians from SmartBox.
After achieving some specific qualitative and quantitative basis, the system will be proposed to all similar healthcare businesses in the coutry.
Even though those highly-aimed goals are still goals, the results of recent progress are impressive:
An average patient visit time was decreased by 11,8% which saved approximately 35 working days of all clinic’s providers in 2019.
