We ended up creating a new design and changing the app’s user flow. Each learner can create customized flashcards, add images, text, media files, and even change the app screen color and theme. Moreover, the app automatically selects an article from the internet that contains words and terms for them to memorize. Based on our contributions, the average time customers spend in the app increased by 2.5 times, in addition to increased conversions and the overall level of customer satisfaction.
