Function4 is the digital hub for hosts, attendees, and sponsors to efficiently promote, find, and sponsor Financial Services events. Our UI/UX team made a research to understand the target audience and rethought the platform concept. We created new user flow, added a home page, optimized the content and layout of the event page, designed better filers for sorting the events and dashboards with charts showing data about event visitors for hosts and sponsors. The event management system turned into a financial portal for event attendees, hosts, and sponsors. Due to these changes, the number of events on the portal has increased fourfold.
